Scott's serial entrepreneur endeavors include career development, online SAT/ACT prep and community fundraising, but ultimately leadership development is at the core of who he is. Scott's background consists of: a B.A. in Psych, M.A. in Organizational Leadership, Certified Professional Coach & Certified Strengths Coach.

Talitha Phillips is the heartbeat of Claris Health. Her dedication to the cause, her years of commitment through the highs and lows, and her courage as a leader is unrivaled. She possesses the savviness required of a CEO as well as the compassion and down-to-earth attitude that has come to permeate all of Claris Health.

Talitha first came to the organization as a client who witnessed the organization’s life changing work firsthand. As CEO, she is in charge of vision-casting, leadership, program development, strategy, and fundraising. She holds a B.A. in Organizational Communication from Pepperdine University and is a certified labor & postpartum doula.

What she loves most about Claris is its holistic approach to care, the opportunity to journey with clients no matter what they choose, and then seeing lives impacted as a result.

Emily Keith keeps the Claris Health engine running at full throttle. Her energy and positivity are contagious, helping Claris thrive. Her attention to detail ensures best practices and forward-thinking operations, and her genuine care for people helps solve client and staff issues. Emily is known as a creative manager who loves helping people reach their full potential. As VP of Operations, Emily oversees the personnel, human resources, and overall operations of Claris' clinics and support programs.

Emily is also the founder and creator of Claris Health’s sexual and relational health education program, known as Reality Check. She continues to play an instrumental role in Reality Check today. Emily received her BA in Theater Education from Ohio Wesleyan University.

Emily loves how Claris tangibly helps people, serving them with the utmost love and respect at all times. She considers it a privilege to be part of our caring crew and to help individuals in difficult situations receive the services and resources they need.

Claris Health’s story began over 40 years ago, when a small group of women were inspired to start an organization that offered life-changing services to women, men, and families. Our mission from the start has been to equip and care for individuals and their families, before, during, and after pregnancy and sexual-health choices.
