Are you looking for more recognition at work? Do you need help positioning yourself for a promotion or to pivot into a new industry? The first step to career advancement is to be your own best advocate and own it!

This workshop is designed to help professional women get past self-limiting beliefs and to start acknowledging and communicating their unique contribution.

Participants will be part of a small group of like-minded individuals where we will share and discuss challenges, collaborate on solutions and hold each other accountable.

In this workshop you will:

• Explore what holds you back from owning your value
• Learn how to identify and leverage patterns from past performance for your next big career opportunity
• Create an inventory of achievement stories
• Practice communicating your unique contribution with confidence

Each session will be held in person and last for 2 hours. There will be a limit of 10 participants per session.
