About this class

This is for anyone who recognizes they need to operate differently - given feedback they've received or their own self-awareness - in order to accelerate their leadership and impact, but feels stuck in how to do that. Examples of behaviors that people might be wanting to shift are things like: regularly giving critical feedback, asserting their opinion, self-advocating, listening actively, or delegating. We'll use the structured and tested Immunity to Change model which was co-created by Harvard professors Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey who are experts in the field of adult development. This class will be engaging, thought provoking and practical; everyone is guaranteed to leave with a deeper understanding of how and why they are stuck and a plan for how to move forward.

Takeaways

  • Identify a behavior change that's critically important to you to make, and seemingly impossible to make traction on
  • Gain previously unknown insight what's behind your 'immunity' to changing this behavior
  • Design a structured 'plan for progress' on how you'll shift your behavior and lead in the way you most aspire
