This class is for Founders, Product Marketers, UX Designers, and Community Managers who want to conduct user tests to gain a deeper understanding of their motivations, values, needs and behaviours. Once you understand your users - or potential users - you can build more engaging products, learn to speak their language and design with their needs in mind.
The class will focus on two key components: a. User Research Study b. User Testing
None (basic knowledge of wire framing would be useful but not necessary - this class is introductory level)
