About this workshop

Get an overview of smartwatch apps and a walkthrough of the process behind designing your own apps for the Apple Watch. Students will learn about the underlying options and requirements for the Apple Watch and will break into teams to define users, decide on a feature set and illustrate key scenarios using paper prototyping.

This workshop was first presented by HUGE during SXSW 2016.

Prereqs & Preparation

Design background would be helpful but not necessary. Please bring your laptop for this class. Wearables, watches and Internet of Things devices are not required but could be helpful.
