About this class

What does ‘ecommerce’ mean, exactly? Is it right for all brands? How can a digital novice start on the path to becoming a successful online retailer? This course is designed to provide a holistic view of the online marketplace, giving you a better understanding of what an ecommerce infrastructure looks like and how to go about successfully launching an online store. We will explore questions from ‘How is the best way to sell my products online?’ to ‘How much will all of this cost?’—and everything else in between.

Takeaways

Students will learn how to: + Survey the online competitive landscape and identify where their product sits + Choose the right platform or marketplace for their stores + Understand how mobile commerce fits in the picture + Effectively drive traffic to their store + Make people buy their products once they’re there + Create an effective 30/60/90 day plan to get started
