About this workshop

The art of communication is as much about listening as it is about speaking.

This thought-provoking session will enhance your communications skills to create greater understanding, productivity and organizations that work. We will explore how to listen beyond the veils of excuses, fear and mistrust, to hear what matters, how to ask powerful, conscious questions that lead to new ideas and solutions, and learn how to be a champion for the team you are leading.

Utilizing this new set of tools shared in class, students will be able to listen at a deeper level and ask powerful question that get at the real issues/questions at hand instead of getting stuck in 'firefighting mode' and spinning in circles.

They will also learn how to bring out the best in others that has them feel seen, heard, and recognized for their good work and contributions - all of which leads to greater understanding and higher levels of trust which directly impact bottom line results.

This class is ideal if you work closely with others and find that mistrust, miscommunications, and misunderstandings to be more of the norm rather than the exception in your day-to-day operations.
