By 2050, two billion more people are expected to live on this planet and over 2/3 of them will be living in cities. In a world that is already experiencing detrimental damage in the management of our resources, we have ourselves a market ripe for innovation!
Imagine a city that produces more than it wastes! What if cities could produce all the food needed to feed its inhabitants? What if we could change or even get rid of transportation, cold chains, and packaging around food altogether? The good news is: together, we can!
We have gotten together a brilliant group of food pioneers to discuss the future of food and the role technology will play within this space.
Panelist will be announced shortly
