The realm of User Experience (UX) design is constantly and consistently evolving. So how will it look like this 2023?

You’ve probably heard about user experience, design thinking, and a host of other terminology for following a human-centred approach to product design, but where do you start? If you’re thinking about diving deeper into UX with your organisation or tackling design on your own for the first time, this session is for you.

In this session, industry experts will cover the key things you need to know, including what UX design is all about, what a UX designer does every day, the challenges UX designers face and how to overcome them . You will gain confidence in making recommendations to improve a user’s experience and how to measure and validate experience.

Priyanga is currently the Senior UX Consultant at Objective Experience and was an instructor for GA's part time UX Design Course. She has over 5 years of experience researching, designing, creating and improving user experiences for companies like abillion, HP, UOB, Tripadvisor, Expedia, Singtel, Deliveroo and more, both as an in-house researcher and as a consultant.

Prior to working and living in Singapore, Priyanga completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northeastern University in Boston and has lived in 4 countries.
