About this class

The Business Model Canvas is the perfect tool to quickly describe design and test your business model. This applies whether you are searching for a new business model or trying to reinvigorate an existing business model.

Once you have designed a business model - the workshop goes into detail of how it can be improved and validated in the real world. Participants will also be given a run down of the four action framework from Kim & Mauborgne's Blue Ocean Strategy and how this can be actioned using the Business Model Canvas.
