Rapid prototyping helps you build a simple version of your product with only the most important elements to receive feedback early on. We’ll look at prototyping tools like: wireframing, Samantha Warren’s Style Tiles, Keynotopia and what I call “sketching with code”. Wait, so you’re saying you can create prototypes right in HTML? You betcha. And afterwards we’ll rapidly develop our prototype with Twitter Bootstrap. Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS would be helpful but not required.
Based on student submissions, learn how to work with designers or developers to successfully build digital products. Flesh out your ideas, identify risks, validate assumptions, and launch your first version. You'll also learn how to think about combining your long-term vision with key metrics to create a product roadmap once you've found product / market fit.
