And it’s the quality of your startup’s foundation that determines if your venture succeeds or fails. So getting your foundation right is really important. A weak foundation ultimately leads to collapse.
Startup Design is about strengthening your foundation, accelerating momentum, and getting the right things done. At its core, Startup Design is a framework to design, develop, and manage any new venture. It’s a tool to analyze your startup foundation, identify its weaknesses, and develop a strategy to strengthen it.
This workshop is for first-time, experienced, and aspiring entrepreneurs who want to feel less overwhelmed and more in control of the startup process.
