Although it's "never been easier" to build a website these days, the process of creating even a simple marketing or portfolio site can seem daunting and overwhelming. This workshop seeks to solve that problem, offering you a proven approach and intuitive tools to create a beautiful, well-organized, and easily updated marketing, portfolio, blog or "brochure" website in about 3 hours. By the end of the class, you'll have a working version of your website, ready for final tweaks and launch.

Site Goals & Information Architecture - Learn about the importance of storytelling through information architecture and follow a proven process for identifying your website goals and organizing site content into easily updatable sections.
Theme Customization + Page Creation - Now that your site content is well-organized, you'll learn how to make pages, organize them into sections, and tweak the overall look and feel of your site's theme (plus resources to generate a beautiful logo inexpensively).
