If Sinek, Sandburg, Ferris and Adam Grant had a breakfast meeting who’d lean in and who’d eat last? Would anyone even pick up a fork? It’d be a leader off.
Are you Alpha or Beta? Or both… more Alta? Leaders are many and varied but what is consistent is that leading and managing is hard. It’s hard to get it right all the time. It’s hard to transcend the self and be a good model for all the things they say above. The voice in the leader’s head has light and shade and sometimes dark but it’s leaders who let most of the light through that seem to perform.
This panel of leaders from the likes of TAL, PWC, Optus and BMF will talk through the best leadership advice. And worst. They’ll also talk about the shade not just the light and how to navigate it.
