About this event

While General Assembly may seem to be just about coding or displacing degrees, it's not. GA's real obsession is building a global classroom-to-career pipeline. The answer is not to teach everybody in the world to code. It's about providing ways for people to develop and change. It is also a necessary innovation in hiring, upskilling, and diversifying the global digital workforce.

Join us for a meetup and a stimulating panel discussion on how General Assembly, Palm Tech Beach and local startups are working with large companies to help them transition to building robust engagement systems, offer new learning experiences and grow development opportunities.

With light bites and drinks, we will discuss how have work requirements and skills changed in the workplace? Do companies in South Florida have the people with the right capabilities for future success? And how Employees, universities, governments, and corporations all play a role in building these capabilities.
