According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, millennials are now the largest generation in the workforce. Yet, companies have a difficult time hiring and retaining this generation. While millions of jobs remain unfilled, millennials are also struggling to build their careers at the same time. With this, both parties must identify and ultimately work together to fix the disconnect. If you invest in the right talent, millennials can adapt, innovate, and excel; however there are various challenges and opportunities associated with recruiting and retaining young talent. We will begin the evening with a panel of HR experts, followed by group breakout sessions. These sessions will include: writing a compelling job description, interviewing high potential talent, creating a dynamic company culture, and retaining a company of leaders.
