Before becoming a Coach 10 years ago, Stephen spent 11 years doing in-house recruitment for the Airline industry. He ran recruitment campaigns in the UK, Far East, Middle East and India for Virgin Atlantic Airways and latterly Etihad Airways, based in Abu Dhabi.
As a Success and Career Coach he is able to assist his clients to buff up their applications to appeal to recruiters, how to prepare for an interview and how to answer those, sometimes terrifying, competency-based interview questions. As a Coach, he also works with his clients to re-inject any lost sparkle in their jobs/careers by changing thinking habits and working styles.
