In this workshop, you’ll get an introduction to the project management processes that can help maximize your team’s performance. You’ll learn about the major project phases, and gain the tools and resources you’ll need to increase focus and improve your team’s productivity.
General Assembly’s classes, workshops & events are for recreational purposes and are not regulated by the bureau of proprietary school supervision.
If this class is recorded, students will be sent the recording link within 7 days after class completion by email. Students are encouraged to download and save any shared materials (worksheets, deck if applicable) during class for later reference as they are not be shared by email.
Prior to the workshop, participants will receive a project worksheet. They will need to complete Section 1 of the worksheet, Describe Your Upcoming Project, before the start of class.

Sherman Gomberg is passionate about bringing Agile and Scrum to individuals and their organizations. Sherman has obtained his CSM, A-CSM, CSPO, CSD, CSP-SM, CSP-PO and REP. He is also a Project Management Professional (PMP). He strives on helping clients achieve their Strategy and Vision. Sherman has over twenty years of consulting and coaching experience from conceptualization to creativity through to developing applications and websites. Sherman has lead PMO/Program/Project Management/Product Development, Interactive/Social Marketing, Lead Management, Business Intelligence and Creative Design. He has a passion for matching best practice processes, creativity and technology to deploy world class results. Sherman areas of expertise are with Information Architecture, Business Analysis, Program / Project Management, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Training, Coaching and Webinar.
