About this class

This class aims to teach the basics of Product Management as it applies to technical projects, within both established companies and entrepreneurial ventures. Students will learn how to develop an idea into a product spec and how to validate an idea for free. By the end of the class, students will be able to see if their product is ready to become a minimum viable product.

While his pre-recorded self conducts the lesson, the real-live Lee Yanco will be available to answer questions via chat.
