With our busy, ever changing world filled with high-speed technology and stress, focusing on self-care is more important than ever. Meditation is a tool that has been used for thousands of years to calm the mind, reduce stress and provide more focus, awareness and clarity in life.

Join General Assembly Chicago and learn some basics of meditation that can be easily implemented in your day-to-day routine with Karianne Wardell.
