About this event

Join us for our panel and Startup Showcase focusing on On Demand startups in Silicon Beach. Several startups and apps have developed in LA to deliver or provide services on demand, from food, alcohol and groceries, to massage, valet, and pet services.

Takeaways

Join us for our two part event:

Founder Panel:

  • On Demand startups with more than two or years of success will discuss what it takes to build an "on demand" business, from developing a user friendly app, to managing fulfillment and delivery resources, to covering LA's large geographic area.

Startup Showcase:

On Demand startups with less than two years of experience will pitch their service. Schedule startups include:

  • Serge Gojkovich, Curbstand, CEO. The Curbstand mobile iOS app lets you people find, pay for and tip valet parkers at its network of more than 85 valets in LA, and has expanded to other cities. Gojkovich has specializing in marketing for niche brands including Grindr, Blendr, Britain, Jack’d, London and ParkMe. @curbstand

  • Tobi Skovron, Zingy, CEO & Founder. Zingy is "Uber for Dog Walking", a convenient on-demand pet service that allows dog owners to use their mobile app to promptly book a trained and trusted dog walker when they're unavailable. @ZingyPet

  • Hans Yang, Luxe Valet, VP Operations. Luxe Valet is the Uber for valet parking. We allow you to get valet parking anywhere, any time. Simply request a valet using our app, and your valet will be waiting at your destination. We'll even wash your car or gas it up if you like. @luxevalet
