Matt Tumbleson Photo

Experienced Brand Director, Procter & Gamble

Matt Tumbleson is the Brand Director for P&G Ventures. He is also a co-founder of HellaBella, the digital platform that enables consumers to book and pay for services at local nail salons. Before HellaBella, Matt founded Teckst, the messaging service connecting brands like Disney, ESPN, Lyft, MLB, NBA, and Verizon with their consumers through two-way text messaging. While CEO, Matt raised more than $8M to fuel Teckst’s client list. Teckst was acquired by Golden Gate Capital in 2019. Matt’s first venture into startups was in 2011 when he joined Seamless/GrubHub as their first creative director. His role encompassed all consumer and restaurant experience, from marketing to product. During his tenure at Seamless/GrubHub, Matt and his team raised awareness for the brand to surpass all competitors, making the brands top of mind for millions of Americans. Matt was an active member of the IPO team that took Seamless/GrubHub public in 2014 ($GRUB) on the NYSE.

Throughout his career, Matt has also applied his in-demand skills in marketing and digital product to engagements with major enterprises including Adidas, Disney, Johnson & Johnson, Mars/Wrigley, Morgan Stanley, P&G, Walmart, Wells Fargo, and Visa. Matt joined General Assembly in 2014.

In recognition of his exemplary service in the classroom, Matt has been selected as a member of General Assembly's Distinguished Faculty program.

Inclusive Marketing Consultant, Line 25 Consulting & African-American Marketing Association

Michelle Ngome has garnered over 15 years of marketing experience in strategy and management. She is the owner of Line 25 Consulting, an agency that helps companies create diversity and inclusion marketing initiatives. Michelle’s work in marketing has been presented to dozens of organizations such as AIG, Capital One, and the YMCA.

In 2019, she founded the African-American Marketing Association, creating a platform that empowers Black marketers all over the United States. In 2020, Michelle received the Courageous Marketing Leader Award. She is a member of Forbes The Culture and the National Black MBA Association. Michelle has participated in leadership programs such as Leadership Houston Class XXXIX, Acceler8, and the Houston Black Leadership Institute Class II. She is the recipient of the Diversity in Business by the Houston Business Journal.

Michelle is a two-time author of Network, Navigate & Nurture and Success Undefined, podcast host of Networking With Michelle and Marketing For The Culture. Her work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Entrepreneur, and USA Today.

A strategic cross-functional partner and advocate for marketing that’s balanced with emotional creative storytelling, and consumer insights, I began my career in brand marketing fresh out of school, armed with a Graphic Arts degree, and navigated my way into a marketing position with a breakthrough lifestyle start-up.

Over the course of my tenure there, I was in the thick of it and had a front-row seat during the brand's exponential growth (and eventual acquisition). This experience would lay the foundation for what I am passionate about today: building great and meaningful brands with amazing partners.

Sentari Minor is most passionate about bringing the best out of individuals and entities. His love languages are strategy, storytelling, and social impact. As Head of Strategy for evolvedMD, Mr. Minor is at the forefront of healthcare innovation with a scope of work that includes strategy, growth, branding, culture, and coaching. Prior to evolvedMD, he worked with some of the Nation’s most prominent and curious CEOs and entrepreneurs advising on philanthropy, policy, and everything social good as Regional Director of Gen Next (PHX + DAL + SFO) and strengthened social enterprises as Director at venture philanthropy firm, Social Venture Partners.

A Phoenix native, Mr. Minor continued his education in the Midwest and is an alumnus of DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana where he studied English with an emphasis in Creative Writing. He is also a member of Class IV of the American Express Leadership Academy through the Arizona State University Lodestar Center. Where does he shine? In high-touch stakeholder engagement, capital raising, public relations, and strategic planning. With his background, Mr. Minor serves on the board of directors for a diverse set of social impact organizations, as a venture mentor for socially conscious companies nationwide, and as a facilitator for businesses who want organizational clarity. Passionate about strengthening brands doing good in the world, Mr. Minor speaks nationally on governance, leadership, capacity building, social entrepreneurship, and engaging high-profile leaders in the dialogue of today.

When he’s not busy changing the world, he enjoys working out, stirring the pot on social media, being an amateur author, and spending time with the people who make him smile.
