About this workshop

In our second event, you've considered and prototyped how to provide the complete solution to your customers problems - boy didn't they love it! Hold up though... ... how are we going to make this a business and capture some of that additional value we are creating for the customer?

We'll consider a whole variety of business models and get creative on capturing value in a way which isn't uncomfortable or unfair. Remember the single necessary and sufficient condition for a businesses is a paying customer! You're about to find out how to get one. We'll be trying out a little experiment here for this event - all tickets will cost £5, but when you turn up we refund you the money! Beautiful!
