About This Workshop
Strategy is an abstract yet foundational part to the success of every product, service, or initiative. Design strategy is a way of combining the game plan of what’s profitable for a business with what’s of value to customers. It can be used to transform your team’s strategic objectives into practical implementation strategies via the tried-and-tested methods of design thinking.
In this workshop, participants will learn about the different forms of Design Strategy and how to apply them (through Design Thinking) to solve various types of real-life challenges. We will explore and exercise practical frameworks that define a Design Strategy, in a collaborative and facilitated manner.
