About This Workshop

The secret to a seamless working life? Managing Expectations with key stakeholders. The reason why so many of us find this challenging? We were never given the tools to communicate helpfully when challenges arise. Those who are consistently successful at work share the ability to communicate a solution-oriented mindset, leverage the buy-in of key stakeholders (internally and externally) and can use constructive communication skills to when it counts. In this fun, two-hour session, learn tactical skills to gain assertiveness, confidence and understand the nuances of communicating helpfully at work.

This workshop is highly interactive with group activities and discussions throughout. To participate you will need to:

  • Have your camera turned on for the entire session
  • Have an accessible microphone
  • Be in a quiet, well-lit space with minimal distractions
  • Strong internet connection
