About this event

Teams want to spend more time on meaningful work and with teams who are engaged in making that happen.

Projects where people's skills and practice strengths are working well together to encourage people to learn, improve and thrive.

However, today we all get lost in the noise, speed and deliverables of the day to day work that we forget about why we are working on a project in the first place.

We are all "busy" being "busy" with little time for reflection, practice and learning forward outside of the project deliverables and pace of the day to day work.

This results in feeling purposeless, stressed, unhealthy and in a state of “sleepwalking”

This workshop will cover the following learnings to help us examine how we can build great team cultures and help people "sparkle" by:

  • Identifying frustrations at work today that block great work
  • Sharing project stories at spot and harvest practices
  • Identifying key practices to help people do the work that is meaningful
  • Define a culture to support continuous learning and clarity for all

We will walkthrough the following together:

  • "Sparkle Journal" to help you and team log project stories
  • "Character Card" to help understand yourself and team members
  • "Meaning Canvas" to demonstrate individual and team value
  • "Learning Portfolio" to sustain individual and team practices
