Are you looking for ways to gain a deeper understanding of your client’s key characteristics, stressors, and vision for their company? Would like to find new approaches for mapping out customer journeys and scenarios?

In this session, you will learn how the LEGO® Serious Play® method can be applied to your current UX projects and how it could be used more broadly in the UX field. Through the model-building exercises, you will be introduced to a more visual language, a metaphorical language, a storytelling based language that will help you describe your client's needs.
