About This Class

Businesses are facing a number of challenges today, everyone is under pressure to do business differently and achieve more with less. Technology advances are rapid and impacting the way we operate.

In this workshop we will introduce you to a key concept that can help your business overcome some of these challenges. Lean Thinking is a continuous improvement methodology that helps you transform processes to better suit customer and business needs.

Learn how to better understand customer value, process waste, process flow and process redesign and how this can fit with other approaches you might be using, Agile and human centred design, within your organisation.

This is an interactive session where participants will put these concepts into practice.

Angie is an experienced continuous improvement practitioner who has been applying lean thinking and other similar continuous improvement methodologies to process improvement within local government for the last 9 years. She has consulted with a number of local governments, across Australia and other similar businesses, sharing her knowledge and experience.
