Move from the 20-page business plan to the one-page action plan. In this workshop you’ll learn to use Ash Maurya’s Lean Canvas to quickly break any business idea down into its critical components. You’ll use the knowledge gained in this workshop to identify potential gaps in your current business concept and establish a plan for closing them.

After this first phase, you’ll build on your completed Lean Canvas by identifying the assumptions that underpin your business model. Learn the core Lean Startup methods for testing these assumptions—customer discovery, pitch, and concierge—and when to use one over another.
