You'll learn:

  • What makes developers and designers tick, and how to communicate in a way that motivates and inspires them
  • Key jargon / tech you should know and how best to learn more about this
  • How to design an effective sprint (at a high level) that engages the whole tech team in their work

This session will not be recorded, however slides will be shared following the class.
