When 96% of leaders feel some degree of burnout and 60% of people leave their jobs as a result of ineffective management, it is essential that leaders are empowered to look after their own wellbeing to enhance and maintain their own performance and to motivate and support their teams in a sustainable way.
This 3-hour workshop will combine the latest research in the field of resilience and mental fitness with Charlotte’s international experience to deliver a practical approach to leadership so that you walk away with the tools to build a culture of resilience, growth and wellbeing every day.
Following a unique three step process, Awareness, Growth and Integration, this empowering session will comprise of:
Exploring stress and performance; you will walk away with a better understanding of your own relationship with pressure and how to proactively enhance resilience through simple daily habits.
Introducing Strengths-based leadership skills; we will now practice how to be a more adaptable leader, overcoming challenges and inspiring our diverse teams through mindset, cognitive agility and growth mindset.
Sustainable change; this requires a commitment to positive habits, reflection and adaptative collaboration. The final stage of learning will introduce the habits of resilience to build mentally fitter workplaces through day to day habits, boosting individual & organisational performance, health and satisfaction.
