About This Event

Startups are developing ground-breaking technology and solutions at a breakneck pace. While the startups may have a grasp on their ideas, they may struggle when they venture out to pitch their product/company to potential corporate partners.

One of those marketers, Tom O’Keefe, Innovation Manager at The Kraft Heinz Company, will be in Chicago this December to speak about the dance between startups and corporations, on how to make the most of your pitch, and what you can do to sell your technology to potential corporate partners.

General Assembly has partnered with Brands+Startups and The Kraft Heinz Company for pizza, beer, and great networking. Join us on Monday, December 5, to hear from Tom O’Keefe, Innovation Manager at The Kraft Heinz Company, as he shares valuable insights from a marketer's perspective. The Kraft Heinz Company is a $27.4 billion multinational global food and beverage powerhouse dedicated to the sustainable health of our people and our planet. The Company’s iconic brands include Kraft, Heinz, ABC, Capri Sun, Classico, Jell-O, Kool-Aid, Lunchables, Maxwell House, Ore-Ida, Oscar Mayer, Philadelphia, Planters, Plasmon, Quero, Weight Watchers Smart Ones and Velveeta. Tom has worked with startups and brings his experience to work on various parts of The Kraft Heinz Company.

Kraft Heinz has graciously agreed to meet with two startups 1:1 at 5pm just before our event on Monday, December 5th. Applications are open now until December 1st midnite CST. On 12/3, Brands+Startups will notify the two startups selected. Looking forward to seeing your application!
