About the Instructor

India Lott Photo

India has over 11 years experience working in the Digital Marketing and Media space. Regarded by her colleagues as a ‘Strategic Juggaernaut,’ India has extensive experience working with B2C and B2B brands across several industries including education, technology, insurance, retail, and CPG for both domestic and global clients. Throughout her career, she has relentlessly worked to provide unbiased, strategic direction, innovative integrated marketing solutions, and comprehensive media plans to her clients. She gained her experience having worked for some of the largest agencies in the world including Resolution Media, Zenith and Neo@Ogilvy & Mather.

Having received her Masters in Business Information Technology, she then taught herself how to code in which she began building websites for clients in her spare time which she continues to do today through her company, Gray Sole Media which she founded in 2016. She is a public speaker, regularly presenting at conferences throughout the US, hosting and sitting on panel discussions on topics pertaining to digital and tech. Additionally, she is a Digital Marketing trainer. India has developed and delivered workshops to both small and large size audiences in the areas of SEO basics, Advanced SEO Marketing Techniques, Social Media Marketing Basics and Social Media branding 101 and Advanced.

India volunteers her time with schools on Chicago’s south side. She regularly volunteers with the Chicago Animal Care and Control. She is an avid sports fan, fitness enthusiast, and lover of anything adventurous including eating donuts for breakfast.
