In this workshop, you’ll start by learning the basics of business development. Once you’ve got the fundamentals down, you’ll participate in a fun and engaging exercise to reinforce what you’ve learned and deepen your understanding of how deals get done. The class will be split into teams to plan, negotiate, and sign a real-world partnership opportunity between two prospective partners. You’ll close your first deal before you even walk out of class.
