About This Workshop

SQL is a powerful but simple programming language used to communicate with databases and a standard across most online applications. Knowing SQL allows you to gather, analyse and process data from any database you have access to.

This workshop is meant for beginners. You’ll learn SQL queries needed to collect data from a database, even if it lives in different places and analyze it to find the answers you’re looking for.

Andy is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of TripScout, which produces self-guided mobile tours for over 35 cities around the world. Since 2014, Andy has been teaching General Assembly's part-time Product Management course as well as workshops in SQL, Data Analytics, and Career Transitions.
