About this class

Using a case study approach to product management, this workshop will focus on showing you how to tackle the most common challenges that arise throughout the product management process. You’ll learn the tools, models, and strategies necessary to effectively conceptualize, build, and ship software. Subjects covered will include analyzing products, creating product strategy, prioritizing feature development, defining success metrics, and crafting effective stakeholder communication. This workshop is ideal for existing product managers, UX designers/engineers looking to transition into product management, or people who have already completed the introductory course.
