This highly condensed, intensive workshop will introduce you to the realm of instructional design in the business world. You will learn the basic elements of adult learning theories and how to apply them in the real world. This workshop will cover the steps of ADDIE, a systematic approach to instructional design. This model covers needs analysis tools, crafting instructional goals, the design, development and deployment of learning solutions and the evaluation of its impact.

Some of the hands-on activities you will do include: create a poster on adult learning theories, write a training goal & produce a draft infographic with instructional copy.
