Erica Mohr, a coach and corporate trainer passionate about empowering others so they may thrive, will introduce you to five simple and scientifically-backed exercises you can share with your employees to help improve their wellbeing and happiness. You will learn how to guide and inspire your team to create a unique action plan that works with their personality, preferences, and life realities. Overall, you will be able to enjoy a breakfast session with like-minded participants motivated to improve their lives and the lives of their team, and come away with actionable steps to keep improving.

Erica is the Founder of Be Mohr LLC, a coach and corporate trainer passionate about empowering others so they may thrive. As the Executive Director of the Sasamani Foundation, Erica builds education, employment, and empowerment programs to stop the cycle of poverty in Tanzania. Throughout her 20-year career as a Coast Guard officer, Erica led numerous organizational change efforts and teams across the country. Erica earned a Bachelor of Science from the Coast Guard Academy, a Masters of Education from San Diego State University, and a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, studying the latest wellbeing research.
