About this event

Unprecedented waves of digital disruption including social networks, cloud computing and data analytics have made access to markets and customers easier and cheaper for companies of any size. For example, today there are over 34 different startups that have disrupted some part of FedEx’s value chain.

Attendees of this event will hear Peter Moore from the Chasm Institute talk about what startups need to do to compete in this new environment and scale their businesses to material revenues and profits. He will share frameworks, models and tools from his brother, Geoffrey Moore’s, acclaimed book Crossing the Chasm and how they have helped early stage companies build disciplined go-to-market strategies that accelerate adoption of their new products or services.

Agenda:

  • 6:30 - 7:00pm: Check-in
  • 7:00 - 7:30pm: 20-min presentation of model (Peter)
  • 7:30 - 8:00pm: Case studies: Marketing B2B, Marketing B2C
