Rahul is an Engineer with a Masters in International Business. In another life, he was a project manager in the telecommunications industry, and after coming to his senses, he fell into the social enterprise and startup world in Melbourne. He has cut his teeth working for startups, founded a consulting company and now runs The Disruptive Business Network - an event series and consulting service that looks at how new ideas and technology are changing business. He is also the co-founder of Balancingact3, a consultancy that equips purpose-driven businesses and organizations from the human rights and human services sectors with the tools and knowledge to transform, innovate and create services that advance human rights.

Dr Addie Wootten is the CEO of Smiling Mind and a Clinical Psychologist by background. Smiling Mind has seen significant growth over the last few years - we have reached over 3 million downloads and we're now supporting more than 50,000 educators to bring mindfulness into their classrooms in schools across Australia, and internationally.
Smiling Mind also works with hundreds of businesses to bring mindfulness into their workplaces via its workshops and specialised Workplace app.
Addie brings her extensive background in clinical psychology, research and e-health to her position of CEO of Smiling Mind. Addie is a well-known leader in her field. Prior to joining Smiling Mind Addie delivered and researched innovative programs to enhance the wellbeing of people with cancer. She has developed and evaluated a range of online wellbeing tools, and has published widely.
Addie has been using mindfulness meditation as a part of her clinical psychology practice for many years, and also has a strong personal mindfulness practice.
Al Jeffery Cultural Architect and Integrative Performance Facilitator
Al Jeffery is a cultural-architect, integrative performance facilitator, and international speaker. With his book, Modern Tribe as the basis for his work, he works with entrepreneurs and teams to cultivate cultures of connectedness, group-flow and wellbeing. Starting his entrepreneurial journey at 12 and having been listed in Australia's Top 30 Under 30 entrepreneurs twice in a row, and as a mindfulness and performance coach, Al merges these two worlds of business and wellbeing. He’s worked with teams at the likes of Apple, Google Australia, AusPost, Bendigo Bank and more facilitating offsite retreats and leadership programs to enhance team performance.
Megan Luscombe works as a life & relationship coach and pre & post natal doula for singles, couples and families. Her words have featured in The Huffington Post, Cosmopolitan, Triple J, The Sydney Morning Herald, Woman's Day and more. She's known for her honesty, humour and her ability to be unapologetically raw.
TWOSIX Wellness are holistic health and workplace wellbeing experts. Co-founded by friends Bree and Emma in Melbourne, TWOSIX Wellness offer everything from workplace wellbeing programmes to an online hub bursting with information and inspiration on all things health.
