The API revolution is upon us. Salesforce made more than $1.5 billion from selling their API services. FourSquare's location and venue API receives more than 75 million requests per day.

APIs (Application Programming Interface) allows your application to access the services and leverage the existing technologies of companies. APIs are how you connect your application to Facebook, Google, Pinterest, Instagram, Tesla, and thousands of other companies. By truly understanding how APIs work, you open the door to a whole new world of possibilities: the world becomes your playground. In this 2 hour workshop, we’ll discuss in depth how APIs work, and you’ll also how to use APIs yourself!
