Whether you're an avid photographer or love to travel, this class will help you learn how to turn your passion or hobby into a career. From identifying your vocation to determining how to make a living from it, you'll leave with an understanding of how to take something you love and make a living out of it.
In this class you will learn:
How to identify your passions
How to think strategically about career paths that can stem from your passions
Practical steps to create a business model from a passion project
How to prepare for a career change from traditional employment to starting a business
Tips for funding or fund raising for a new business or career

Julie Falconer is a London-based digital strategy consultant. She writes an award-winning travel blog, A Lady in London, for which she has developed a strong social media presence. Julie regularly teaches and lectures on social media and digital marketing, and helps businesses develop their online strategies. Originally from San Francisco, Julie came to London in 2007 after leaving a career in finance, during which she worked for Goldman Sachs and a hedge fund.
