Through his design firm, Yazin combines his expertise in design, the behavioral sciences and strategic foresight to create forward-thinking products for startups and Fortune 500 companies. And when he’s not designing, he’s sharing his perspectives on design and innovation in his column for Inc Magazine.

Ayo is a technology enthusiast and has spent his professional career in marketing, advertising, IT recruiting, software design/development, IT project management, and has managed groups of up to 27 technology professionals.
Ayo holds a degree in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University (#GoStanford), with a focus on Organizations, Technology, and Entrepreneurship. Currently, Ayo serves as CTO at Opternative, a Chicago based startup that offers an online refractive vision test that is reviewed and approved by a board-certified ophthalmologist. Their mission is to help the world see and feel better!
Ayo is passionate about charity, philanthropy, and the exchange of ideas across social, cultural, and demographic barriers. He's a member of Rotary International, has mentored inner-city youth for over 5 years, and works closely with multiple Chicago community organizations. In his spare time, Ayo plays soccer year round, stays active on all forms of social media, enjoys making people smile, and dabbles in writing music and poetry.

As the founder and CEO of Ethos, a talent strategy firm for tech, Alida Miranda-Wolff grows the teams that fuel rocket ship companies. By shaping culture and developing talent, she helps strengthen every company’s biggest asset: its people. With a focus on diversity, hiring practices, vision and values, and career pathing, she partners with tech leaders to make possibilities and aspirations concrete realities. Alida previously served as Director of Platform at Hyde Park Angels, where she was one of only two dozen Latina women in VC.
Nate is the co-founder and President of Wise Apple, a company focused on changing the way kids eat, starting with a tech-enabled solution for school lunch.
Prior to founding Wise Apple, Nate was a founding partner of L3Hospitality group; the sole franchisee of LYFE Kitchen-which owns and operates 5 LYFE Kitchen restaurants in the Chicago area. Nate began his career as the first employee of LYFE Kitchen, growing it from a concept to a national chain with 20 locations and $40M+ in sales.
Nate serves as an investor and advisor to a variety of Food & Beverage and CPG companies in the Chicagoland area. Through his perspective of ‘sitting on both sides of the table’ Nate has extensive experience in fundraising, team building, and new venture development.
Nate is a graduate of the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University and received his MBA from the Kellogg School of management where he was awarded a Kellogg Scholarship, and named a Zell Fellow, a prestigious global fellowship for entrepreneurs pursuing their MBA.
In his free time, Nate is a passionate endurance athlete and has completed an Ironman triathlon and nearly a dozen marathons. He has been a featured speaker on food & entrepreneurship at Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management, Pritzker School of Law, Google Chicago, and Roosevelt University. Nate lives in Chicago and serves as a partner at Social Venture Partners Chicago and the associate boards of the US Holocaust Memorial Museum & the Lurie Children’s Foundation for Hearing and Speech Rehabilitation.

Caitlin is the Executive Director of Catapult Chicago, the only non-profit, peer-selected community for startups with business traction. With the bulk of her career based in hospitality at luxury level resorts, her path to running a tech hub is an interesting one! No matter where that path has led, building great teams has always been at the core. In her current role she helps 90+ startup founders do just that.
In her free time, Caitlin enjoys exploring the world and has visited over 20 countries. Her next adventure is coming up with a trip to Tulum, Mexico. She can’t wait to see the sun.
