About This Workshop

Marketing is all about being interesting to your target customer. But that means you have to have a very clear picture of exactly who your target customer is.

“Anyone who will buy my products” is not a target customer. You need to narrow your focus and really get to know your market on a deeper level.

An audience persona is a fictional representation of your ideal customer. But they should not be made up out of thin air. The most effective audience personas are grounded in real data and actual customer behaviour.

Whether you’re a marketer or small business owner, this workshop will help you better understand your audience so you can attract more customers and grow your business.

In addition, Guy and his partner run an online magazine about healthy, ethical and sustainable food for families. He's also a presenter on The Food Talk Radio Show which is broadcast live on Channel Radio in the UK and syndicated to a number of international radio stations.
