Their presentations will offer proof points of the following product management skills and characteristics: 1. Storytelling that demonstrates an ability to manage business, technology and user experience, 2. Provide a keen definition of product market fit, 3. Present a technical roadmap that will demonstrates their tech knowledge, 4. Discuss business goals, data driven financials, and market analysis
Project deliverables include:
● Definition of the minimum viable product (MVP) needed to test your product hypothesis and gather feedback.
● Demonstration of project management methodologies like agile and scrum to implement projects with designers and developers.
● Application of user research methods and UX design processes like prototyping and wireframing.
● Communication and Working with Teams
● Interactive prototype
