About this workshop

You will learn the groundbreaking foundational Tiny Habits Method created by BJ Fogg, Ph.D. Director, Persuasive Tech Lab at Stanford University taught by Certified Tiny Habits Coach Christopher Wilson. The Tiny Habits Method is a scientifically proven behavior modification technique that you can use to change your behavior and accomplish your aspirations in life and work. In class, we will break down how habits work and teach you 4 tools you can use to modify your behavior and create habits that stick.
