About This Workshop

Growth hacking is about finding creative ways of growing a company, often on a limited budget using creativity and data. It is relevant today because a lot of startups easily have technology available to grow faster.

This class is aimed at business owners or account managers who either have an idea they want commercialise online or an existing business they want to better market online. To suit students of all levels the class is broken down into 6 simple steps with exercises after each to make the material immediately applicable. Case studies and videos will be used to facilitate discussion and spur ideas.

Throughout the day you will familiarise yourself with ways to better identify and understand your market, create a clear offer based on that understanding, and get ideas to best present that offer online so you can test, tweak, grow and scale based on data. You will also be given links and suggestions to resources you use during and after class to faster grow online.

Prereqs & Preparation

Please bring a laptop. All needed software tools are accessible online.
