About this event

Buying property is a big investment, and for many, buying it can be a source of stress and even fear. But buying a home or apartment can also change your life. When you own property, you’re building wealth that you can leverage for your future plans and dreams—and then anything is possible. What’s more, if you live in a high-cost city, owning your space can keep you from getting priced out of your neighborhood: if you’re your own landlord, nobody can jack up your rent.

One way to keep down the costs and stress of buying is to co-buy it, meaning that you and a partner—or partners—buy a property together. Co-buying is a new approach to home ownership that is growing in popularity. People buy with friends, family, and even strangers.

In this workshop you will learn new approaches to homeownership and wealth building strategies that lead to financial freedom.
