About this event

The first event in our FUTUREPROOF series focuses on coding for beginners. Join us for a discussion on how learning HTML, CSS and basic web design principles can help you be a better designer, marketer, project manager or startup founder.

Software literacy is the new literacy, and skilling up in web design and development can help you in almost any business endeavor or creative pursuit. Understanding the basics of how the internet works, how websites are built, and grasping some of the basic technical vocabularies to communicate more effectively with developers and tech teams will help you to future-proof your career, or transition into a more digitally-focused role. And did we mention, building websites is a lot of fun!

In our FUTUREPROOF series, we set aside 60 minutes each quarter to train you up on a core digital skill that will help prepare you for jobs of the future.
