About this class

In this two hour preview workshop, kids will understand the basics of programming an Arduino robot using Scratch, a visual programming interface that translates directly to the robot. Kids will work together to program the robot to accomplish specific tasks and compete in a design challenge. This is a preview two hour session of a more comprehensive robotics studio which allows kids to think through hardware problems and eventually build an Internet of Things connected device. No experience necessary, except for a desire to learn about technology and creativity.
